Daniel Lipton has been teaching second grade at FRR since 2002. He enjoys writing children’s musicals, spending time with his sons, and working with families at FRR. In the summer, he runs a children’s theater camp in Brookline.

Hello, I am Mrs. Llanto! I grew up in Northern New Hampshire and graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2009. I spent five years working for a non-profit organization before entering the teaching world and finding my true passion. I received my Master of Education from Lesley University in 2015, and this is my eighth year teaching second grade at FRR. I love being part of such a passionate community of teachers, students, and families! When I am not teaching, you can find me at Fenway Park watching my beloved Red Sox or spending time with my French bulldog, Bradley.

Hello, I'm Ms. Poulin! I grew up in New Bedford, MA, by the ocean and have a great love for the beach and being on the water. I graduated from Boston University with a degree in Elementary Education and earned my Master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I studied social and emotional learning in classroom settings.
I taught first grade for five years in Chelsea, MA, where I developed an interest in innovative and culturally relevant curriculum design. While there, I collaborated with a team from Boston University and PBS Kids to co-author and present new curriculum at national conferences.
I look forward to bringing my experiences to Brookline and creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for my students. Outside the classroom, I enjoy sea kayaking and walking around local reservoirs and the arboretum with my husband.
