4T Summer Welcome Letter
Hi, my name is Shauna Townsend and I am looking forward to working with you all this year. I Have been working in education for 19 years. I was a special education liaison and then I switched to general education. I was a classroom teacher for 4th grade and then I switched to 1st grade. I enjoyed teaching both grades and learning from my students, while I educated them. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with upper elementary students again. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time and traveling with my 26 years old daughter who is in school for her doctorate. For further enjoyment I like hanging out with friends, listening to music, drawing and reading a good book. Can’t wait to meet you all.
